MOTTAINAI

Every PC checker out there ends the same way: "buy something better."
This agent investigates the opposite. It hunts for reasons you do not need to buy first, and only then names the one thing that truly falls short.

1 — Show the machine

You do not need to know what is inside it. Windows already knows — two of its own screens say everything this tool judges. Snip each one with Win Shift S and press Ctrl V on this page. Nothing has to be saved to a file.

1
Settings › System › About
Win I → System → About
processor · installed memory · often the graphics card too
2
Defragment and Optimize Drives
type defrag in the taskbar search — or Win R → dfrgui
the “Media type” column beside C: — solid state drive, or hard disk drive

Capture only the part that names something — a crop is fine, and so is one screen on its own. Every image is read on its own and the readings are put together afterwards, so nothing is lost by sending a corner of a window instead of the whole thing. On step 2 you are only looking at it; there is no button to press.

Playing games, editing video, or running AI locally? One more screen
For everything else — web, office, meetings, photos, programming — the graphics card is not something this tool would ever tell you to buy, so it does not matter whether it was read. For those heavier jobs it does. If step 1 did not print a graphics card, open Task Manager (Ctrl Shift Esc) → Performance, and snip just the GPU row in the left-hand column. Only that row — the rest of that window is not needed.

The two screens above are the fast path. A photo of the machine, a spec sheet or a laptop sticker is read the same way. Up to 4 images.
I already know the model numbers — let me type them instead

2 — What this machine is used for

The fleet is working

Every decision that touches money is made by verdict alone — no model in that box. The models only look, and put things into words.
